1. Booking Confirmation
   A trek or trip will only be considered booked once an official email confirmation is provided by Jain's Trip Holiday. By booking any trek, trip, or service, it is assumed that the participant has read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms and conditions.

2. Adventure Activities
   All adventure activities are complementary in nature. If any activity is canceled due to bad weather or circumstances beyond Jain's Trip Holiday's control, no refunds will be provided.

3. Modification or Cancellation
   Jain's Trip Holiday reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the trek/trip due to unforeseen events beyond our control. Any additional costs arising from such events will be borne by the participant. Participants will be informed of such costs in advance or during the trip, if possible.

4. Itinerary Changes
   Jain's Trip Holiday may update or modify itineraries based on prevailing travel conditions. By continuing with the trip, participants are considered to have accepted these changes.

5. Package Pricing
   Jain's Trip Holiday is not obligated to provide a detailed cost breakdown for packages.

6. Mandatory Documents
   Participants must carry both original and photocopies of mandatory documents and submit an additional copy to Jain's Trip Holiday. Failure to do so releases us from any arising consequences.

7. Transportation Responsibilities
   Participants must carry a copy of their e-ticket and be punctual for transportation like buses, trains, or flights. Jain's Trip Holiday is not responsible for missed transportation due to participant delays.

8. Third-Party Charges
   Any charges deducted by third parties (for transport, etc.) will be borne by participants, with refunds provided after such deductions.

9. Disclosure of Health Conditions
   Participants must disclose any mental or physical disabilities at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of participation at the participant's expense if deemed hazardous to the group.

10. Physical Capability
    Trekking capacities vary among individuals. Jain's Trip Holiday is not responsible if a participant cannot handle the trek's difficulty. Participants are responsible for seeking medical advice or vaccinations before the trip.

11. Risk Acknowledgment
    Adventure activities carry inherent risks. Participants assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or death. Jain's Trip Holiday is not liable for accident-related damages or expenses.

12. No Refund Policy
    No refunds will be provided if a participant leaves the trip after it has started or for unused amenities, regardless of the reason.

13. Loss or Theft
    Jain's Trip Holiday is not responsible for the loss of luggage, documents, or personal items during the trip.

14. Group Conduct
    Participants must behave appropriately within the group. Jain's Trip Holiday reserves the right to terminate participation without justification if a participant causes discomfort or property damage.

15. Decision Authority
    The group leader/instructor has the final say on all matters affecting safety, accommodation, and other trip aspects, which will be binding on all participants.

16. Limited Amenities
    Participants should expect basic amenities during treks and must be prepared for conditions different from home comforts.

17. Assumption of Risks
    By booking with Jain's Trip Holiday, participants acknowledge the risks associated with adventure travel and release Jain's Trip Holiday from all related claims.

18. Third-Party Services
    Jain's Trip Holiday does not control third-party services (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.) and is not responsible for schedule changes or service issues caused by these entities.

19. Payment Policy
    Participants must pay the full package amount before the trip commences.

20. Prohibited Substances
    Smoking, drinking, or consuming alcohol and other substances (e.g., weed, hash) is strictly prohibited in transport vehicles.

21. Travel in Group Transport
    All participants must travel together in the designated vehicle throughout the trip. Jain's Trip Holiday is not responsible for consequences if a participant fails to comply.

22. Marketing Content
    Media used on our website is for promotional purposes only and does not guarantee the same experiences during the trip.

23. Media Consent
    By joining the trip, participants consent to being filmed for social media marketing while we ensure privacy and safety are maintained.

24. By booking with Jain’s Trip Holiday, participants acknowledge and accept all the above terms & conditions.
